Ironsteel Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift card Purchase

  • The gift card may only be purchased from ironsteelhk.com

  • The gift card cannot be purchased together with other products on ironsteelhk.com

  • The gift card may not be used to purchase another gift card

  • The gift card is electronic, no physical card will be sent, all gift cards will be delivered to the recipients e-mail address

  • The gift card activation date will be on the purchase date and will be valid for 5 years

Gift card Use and Redemption

  • The gift card can be used as full or partial payment.

  • A maximum of one card may be used per order.

  • The balance on the card will automatically be deducted after entering the gift card details in checkout.

  • The gift card is non-reloadable, you can check the balance or the expiry date by contacting us.

  • Orders which exceed the gift card balance can be topped up with any accepted forms of payment.

Gift card Return and Replacement

  • The gift card is non-refundable

  • The gift card's code should be kept in a secure location.

  • Once the gift card has been sent to the recipient, Ironsteel are no longer responsible for the use of the card.

  • Ironsteel reserves the right to make the final decsion in all disputes related to the use of the gift card.
