Exchange and Return Policy
Ironsteel hopes to provide you a pleasant online purchasing experience. However, we understand there may be dissatisfaction with your product. In this situation, you may return your product by emailing sales@ironsteelfootwear.com or calling us at (+852 2372 9226).
Return and Exchange Policy within Hong Kong 🇭🇰

All returns and exchanges are only applicable for products which are unworn, brand new with the box, tags and accessories untouched.

Within 10 days of the date of arrival of your product (including the day it arrives), send an email to sales@ironsteelfootwear.com with the following information:

Invoice number (located at the top right corner of your invoice, first line)

Item(s) you would like to return or exchange

Reason for the return or exchange

If the product sent is not the same product on the invoice

Ironsteel will only cover exchanges:

If the product does not fit or were purchased in the wrong size

If we have available stock of the required size

Exchanges will be sent within 5 working days upon receiving the returned product. Ironsteel will be in contact with the buyer for further arrangement if the required size is not available.

Ironsteel holds all rights in the return and exchange process and will have the final say in all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to our review and approval to ensure that the item is in its original condition and meets our return and exchange policy criteria.

The choice of exchange is subject to availability of products within Ironsteel.
Return and Exchange Policy within Macau 🇲🇴
For returns and exchange within Macau, the consumer will bear the sole responsibility of shipping cost of the product to and from Ironsteel. *

If the fitting is not correct

If we have available stock of the required size

* The cost of returns and exchanges can range from $100 HKD to $300 HKD and has to be paid solely by the consumer
** The cost of returns will be the responsibility of the customer if the reason of return is because the customer does not like the product or if the product is not suitable for the client.
*** If the products are returned to us due to conflict between the delivery address and the address you filled in, no shipping charge can be refunded, but you will be issued a full refund for such products.
